guidelines. At Miners' Camp you can connect to the Internet to check your email, surf the web, and connect to your corporate network - at speeds provided by our ISP. This service is always FREE to our customers!
Miners' Camp Wireless Internet Acceptable Use Policy:

By connecting Miners' Camp Wireless Internet, you agree to be bound by this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

Use of Miners' Camp Wireless Internet is governed by all applicable state, federal laws, and Miners' Camp Wireless Internet Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Miners' Camp Staff does not provide technical support for users.

Miners' Camp does not guarantee any level of quality of service and may restrict access to the network, limit the bandwidth available to any user or group of users and restrict usage time at any time.

The service may become unavailable at any time, and without notice. If this happens, we will endeavor to restore the service as soon as we can.

Miners' Camp cannot take any responsibility for any user data traversing the hotspot. We cannot guarantee that your data will not become lost, corrupted, or intercepted in transit. We cannot take responsibility if you lose an email or a download or any other kind of transmission, or if someone gains access to your passwords, or for any other like circumstances.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate compatible wireless card and are running up-to-date antivirus software on their wireless device. Wireless network users must respect all copyrights laws. The downloading or sharing of copyrighted materials is a violation under United States law and is strictly prohibited.

Security of the user's equipment and data is not the responsibility of the Miners' Camp. It is the user's responsibility to safeguard against the risks of hacking, viruses, eavesdropping, and all other such hazards. Miners' Camp is not liable for any kind of loss or damage whatsoever.

The running of programs, services, systems, processes or servers by a single user, or group of users, that may substantially degrade network performance or accessibility will not be allowed. Electronic chain mail, mail bombs, and excessive recreational use of the network which overburdens, impairs or interferes with the network's function are prohibited.

Please know that wireless technology is a shared resource, therefore, speeds will be directly affected by the number of simultaneous users.

The user is responsible for any actions taken from his/her device, whether intentional or unintentional, that causes damages or otherwise affects other devices or users of the network.

The user hereby releases Miners' Camp from liability for any loss, damage, security infringement or injury which the user may sustain as a result of being allowed access to this wireless network. The user agrees to be solely responsible for any such loss, infringement, damage, or injury.

Any knowledge or evidence of violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, should be reported to the Miners' Camp Staff or at jgoodin776@aol.com.

Users who repeatedly violate the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) may be subject to a range of sanctions including, but not limited to, termination of network privileges. Miners' Camp may temporarily revoke network access or take other appropriate action in order to maintain network security and reliability.

Miners' Camp reserves the right to make revisions to this AUP at any time. Usage of the wireless network indicates that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions listed herein and to any revisions.
